From Osaka to Amazon: The Road To Twilight Express
I began writing Twilight Express - a well-mannered interracial romance between two people with forbiddendesires - almost 20 years ago.

Twilight Express
Some of the most important scenes within the book take place on the original Twilight Express train, which was in service between Sapporo and Osaka until 2015. The photo below is of the original, older train that Julia boarded in Osaka.
It has since then been replaced by a more luxurious sleeper service, Twilight Express Mizukaze, although the current train does not travel the same route.
